- 1 cup of milk

- 1/2 cup of espresso coffee (ideally coffee from La Plume Coffee )

- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 tablespoons of sugar

- Chantilly (optional)

- Cocoa powder for sprinkling (optional)

Steps :

1. Heat the milk without boiling it.

2. Meanwhile, prepare your espresso coffee . If you don't have an espresso machine , you can use filter or French press coffee.

3. Add the cocoa powder and sugar to the container of hot milk. Stir well until the cocoa and sugar are completely dissolved.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla extract if desired. Mix again to incorporate all the ingredients well.

5. Pour the prepared espresso coffee into the saucepan with the milk-chocolate mixture. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients well.

6. All you have to do is help yourself. If desired, add a generous layer of whipped cream on top and/or lightly sprinkle with cocoa powder for an aesthetic touch .
